- Amounts paid are non-refundable.
- Final balances are due 30 days prior to the event date.
- Lee Price Productions/Gem Price Photography will be the only professional videographer/photographer. Friends and family are permitted to operate cameras/video cameras on the condition that they do not impact the professional coverage.
- It is the client’s responsibility to secure access to areas for videography/photography. Lee Price Productions/Gem Price Photography will not be held liable for coverage lost due to access restrictions.
- Lee Price Productions/Gem Price Photography assume that the client has gained consent from all participants to be captured/recorded during photo, video and audio coverage.
- Lee Price Productions/Gem Price Photography will not be held liable for any production problems beyond their control, e.g. bad weather, poor acoustics, poor lighting, interference from guests, accidents, etc.
- Any liability on the part of Lee Price Productions/Gem Price Photography will be limited to the amount of monies paid.
- Upon taking possession of the finished products, the client must inform Lee Price Productions/Gem Price Photography of any technical or other problems within 7 days. After 7 days, if no notification has been received, the client will be deemed to be satisfied with the product.
- Where packages include online hosting for photos or videos, these will be hosted for a minimum period of two years from the event date. Lee Price Productions/Gem Price Photography do not guarantee to host photos or videos outside this period.
- Lee Price Productions/Gem Price Photography will not tolerate any abusive or aggressive behaviour and reserve the right to immediately cancel services provided if subjected to this. No refund shall be given under these circumstances.
- Copyright will be owned by Lee Price Productions and Gem Price Photography. Footage and images captured may be used for marketing purposes.
